brickstiles has a strict no-refund policy. As my product provides immediate access to digital content and intellectual property:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable
- Cancellations prevent future billing but do not refund the current period
- You maintain access until the end of your paid period
Exceptions may only be considered for:
- Unauthorized fraudulent charges
- Technical issues preventing any access
- Duplicate charges for the same period
